Evelyn’s first Panelcarve design in 1963 was Ucell Evelyn’s first Panelcarve design in 1963 was Ucello. In 1964 sculptor Morris Levine designed his Beverly Hills residence with Ucello gracing the front door. Later this year the piece will be shown in the reinstalled Modern and Contemporary wing at the DIA. Thanks to @shelleyselim for ensuring that this prestigious institution has an Ackerman piece in its collection.
